DAVID A. STEWART:

David A. Stewart completed his undergraduate education at The Ohio State University in Columbus and moved to the Pacific Northwest to attend law school at Lewis & Clark College, Northwestern School of Law in Portland, Oregon.

David studied corporate misconduct while a student at The Ohio State University. He studied insurance company bad faith and mistreatment of consumers while a law student at Lewis & Clark. Since graduating from law school David has focused his law practice on representing individuals and families seriously injured by the negligence or misconduct of tortfeasors and holding insurance companies responsible. David has personally handled hundreds of cases for injuries, wrongful death, and destruction of property in both Oregon and Washington Courts from start to finish. He has undertaken advanced training through the Oregon State Bar, and the prestigious Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming. David takes satisfaction in providing personal attention to each client and fighting against unfair treatment by the hired guns of the insurance industry.

David and his wife Grace live in North Portland with their two children Lillie & James. David enjoys camping, fishing, and hiking throughout the Northwest. As a recreational cyclist, David has bicycle toured from Oregon to California and more recently he enjoys rides with his family to local parks and activities.

DEVIN N. ROBINSON:

Devin completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and a Master of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at Sonoma State University in California.  After graduating from law school at the University of San Francisco, he moved to Portland, Oregon where he has practiced law since 2006.

He focuses his law practice on representing individuals and families injured by the negligence or misconduct of others including automobile, bicycle and other personal injury matters and elder abuse, sexual abuse, products liability, mesothelioma and other asbestos disease, and toxic tort cases.  He also represents local businesses navigate through legal matters.  Devin feels no greater career satisfaction than when he successfully helps clients obtain justice against insurance companies and wrongdoers or successfully helps a local business in its legal matters.

Devin lives in North/Northeast Portland in the Boise-Eliot neighborhood.  He enjoys bicycling, camping and hiking throughout the Pacific Northwest as well as building bicycles, reading, watching movies and attending live concerts.  He volunteers for Portland Interstate Little League and is a committee member of the New Lawyer Committee of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association.
